Before you write

Can I use a photo of a real person as a reference?+
Only with explicit rights or written permission from that person. Public figures are not allowed, regardless of consent. Photos that include minors, NSFW content, or non-consensual likeness are blocked at upload. Full rules in the Likeness Policy.
Why did my output get blocked?+
Blocks happen when an upload or prompt hits the Acceptable Use Policy: NSFW content, real persons without rights, public figures, or minors. The credit is refunded automatically. If a block looks wrong, reply to the in-app notice or email support@cladegrove.com with the job ID.
The character looks slightly different across generations. Is this normal?+
Some variance is expected. Image models are stateless (each generation is independent), so Cladegrove reapplies a structured description of the character on every render to keep the same face across photos. Persistence is high but not absolute, and complex scenes (extreme angles, heavy occlusion, group shots) widen the variance.
Can I use the generated photos commercially?+
Yes. Output ownership transfers to you on every plan, including welcome credits at signup. Commercial use, ads, client work, and resale are allowed. Responsibility for what the output depicts (likeness, NSFW, lawful use) stays with you. See Terms for the full clause.
Where are my data and generated images stored?+
Application and data run on EU infrastructure, with the database hosted in Frankfurt. AI sub-processors handle image generation on paid tiers with no model-training on user data. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
How do I report someone misusing my likeness or impersonating me?+
Email support@cladegrove.com with the subject “Likeness report”. Include the URL or screenshot where the misuse appears, a short description of the impersonation, and proof of identity (a government ID matches the fastest). Reports are typically reviewed within 2 hours.
Do you have B2B, enterprise, or agency options?+
The three public plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) cover B2B use, including VAT invoicing for EU companies. Larger needs are handled async via email at support@cladegrove.com with subject “B2B enquiry”. Custom plans, dedicated SLAs, and on-prem deployments are not offered.
Can I get an invoice with my VAT number on it?+
Yes. Add your VAT ID inside the Stripe Customer Portal (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription). All invoices are generated automatically and downloadable from the portal as PDF. For EU B2B, reverse charge applies when a valid VAT ID is on file.
